Contribute to ongoing growth and success of established full service bicycle retail store.
Responsible for a range of key store activities with a focus on positive customer experience. Main focus areas include sales and customer service, ordering, receiving and merchandising, sales staff training, opening and closing of store.
Performance measures include: customer experience/satisfaction, revenue and margin achievement, store efficiency.
Work as part of a proven, experienced team of local stores that together form a leading and respected retailer in BC, enjoying growing and positive customer awareness and a strong industry reputation.
Enjoy operational support from experienced store managers, central marketing, IT and accounting resources as well as a passionate ownership group.

Experience in Canadian bicycle or sporting goods retail industry, ideally with open/close responsibilities.
Ability to understand and drive loyalty, revenue growth and profitability via excellence in customer experience
Positive, outgoing, proven customer service personality
Retail sales training, experience and demonstrated results
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ideally experienced in range of key bicycle segments – road, family, mountain, urban.
Very competitive base salary plus profit share performance incentive plan
Total target compensation dependent on candidate qualifications and experience.
