Look no further to optimizing your performance – a good bike fit and cleat alignment should be your first tool for greater power output, speed and injury prevention.

One of the most over-looked fundamentals for optimizing cycling performance lies with how the bike fits. Our running colleagues have come to learn that shoes and how they fit can make a big difference to their outcome on race day. However, many cyclists have yet to realize this benefit for their cycling shoes/cleats and bikes.

Having your bike and cleats fitted by a sport specialist can offer you:
