Being at the base of Mt. Seymour we get a lot of people dropping by for trail advice and directions and, now that the suns out, May has been no exception.
Over the last few weeks all the buzz has been over Matt Preston's newest creation, in conjunction with the NSMBA: Sticks and Stones
S&S is a super nice loop of singletrack that wheels up and down from the junction of the Bridal Path and the Cardiac Bypass and ties back in to the Bridal Path a few feet, and a lot of hard pedalling, down trail.
Be courteous to your fellow rider (climber has the right of way!) as you can really get a bike up to speed on this loop as evidenced by the always energetic Dave Norona: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XKFIeXmxW2U

We are getting really busy in the shop, but we always have five minutes to set you on your way if you need help translating a map of Seymour or tying together a self propelled North Shore day.
