Is to provide the best value possible for our customers at all times.

Our regular pricing in store will always reflect the Canadian manufacturer's or supplier's suggested retail price, however, if a customer can find a product we sell at a better price, our price guarantee is as follows:

• We will match or better any quoted price in Canada
• We will match or better any International quoted price (including exchange, shipping, duty/brokerage and applicable taxes)

This policy also applies to Mountain Equipment Co-op pricing! Like most independent bike retailers, we offer a much wider variety of products than the MEC and can quickly order things that we or they do not have in stock. We will also match MEC pricing on any currently stocked products.

• Customers must provide a specific, verifiable price and the source for a price match
• Price must be from a public retailer, not private sales. We will confirm that quoting retailer has stock of product needed
• Price matching policy only applies to current year bike models and products
• Price match will include any estimated applicable exchange, shipping, handling, taxes, duty and brokerage costs
• DB reserves the right to decline to price match on certain products or clearout items
